The Silver Runner is a new way for seniors and older adults to access their communities with the ease and freedom they felt while driving.  Our services allow seniors to live a more connected, fulfilling, dignified and independent lifestyle.

In offering our “Door-thru-Door” service, we are able to offer families the peace of mind that their loved one is being well cared for. The Silver Runner is dedicated to providing quality, safe, and reliable transportation services to the aging population of New Mexico.  By assisting individuals from within their place of residence into their final destination we are able to ensure the quality and safety of each trip.

Mobility Managers are trained to communicate clearly, effectively, patiently and compassionately with older adults and their families.  They have completed the New Mexico Health Care Association Transportation & Passenger Assistance Training Program, First Aide and CPR certification conducted by the Red Cross, as well as receive specific training in addressing the transportation needs of individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other types of Dementia.  Each rider is assigned a confidential rider profile, which allows us to maintain and manage rider preferences, frequently visited destinations, current medical information and emergency contacts. Our transportation is provided by our well-trained Mobility Managers in a Silver Runner vehicle.  

Cashless Transactions: All pricing is quoted in advance.  Upon completion, trips are automatically billed to a credit card on file or deducted from a pre-paid balance. Our Mobility Managers do not accept tips, in an effort to provide services that are congruent with our mission.
