Pablo Brown-Rodriguez, ALB - Member of Board & Past CEO

Pablo grew up exposed to the world of aging. From having to move his grandparents from Illinois to New Mexico because of their increasing need for additional care and a support network, to his grandfather’s need to move to a dementia assisted living facility from Alzheimer’s Disease; Pablo gained insight and understanding about the emotional, medical, and health care issues of aging. He learned about the inconsistencies and unpredictability of memory loss and related behaviors of dementia. He has personally known the challenges of the “sandwich generations”. He first started working with GCM as a consultant in 2000, focusing on dementia specific care and business development.

Pablo graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor’s of Liberal Arts (ALB) in May, 2007.  After studying in Italy he returned to work with GCM full-time in July, 2008 serving as the Director of Finance & Business Development. Pablo was promoted in July, 2009 to head the company as the CEO till November, 2010. He has since moved on to form other projects and opportunities while still serving a vital role in GCM as a consultant and as a member of the Board.
