| On-Call Services |
GCM is on-call 24 hours a day to assist with any circumstances that may arise with our clients, families and/or medical personnel in cases of emergency, or urgency, outside our normal business hours (Mon. – Fri., 9 am - 5 pm). There are additional charges for services during these times.
This fee also applies to weekends and holidays. If the client requires our services in a non-emergency situation, after normal business hours, weekends, or holidays, this rate may also apply.
