Benjamin Brown-Rodriguez, BA

Throughout his early and teenage years, Benjamin was exposed to and began learning about the various issues of aging – illness, mental health, end of life, options in care and healthy aging.  Benjamin graduated from Lake Forest College in May of 2008 with a B.A. in Business. He serves as the Director of Marketing and Director of Business Development for GCM. 

In 2009, Benjamin served on the Board of the New Mexico Association for the Continuity of Care.  Benjamin also has done extensive work with the Alzheimer’s Association and has acted on several committees. 

In 2010, Benjamin started a subsidiary of Geriatric Care Management called The Silver Runner, a premier transportation service for seniors in New Mexico.  His unique model offers each transport with “door-through-door” service, and is provided in a Silver Runner vehicle by extensively trained mobility managers.  This service offers transportation not only to doctors’ appointments, prescription pick-ups and errands, but also focuses on quality of life outings and engaging seniors in their community. 

Benjamin is part owner of GCM and works closely with both the care management division of the company as well as developing new services and programs for elders through The Silver Runner transportation service.
